Blogging was light today (Sunday) due to Flap being called out to meet with a plaintiff's family member regarding an upcoming dental malpractice trial here in the Los Angeles area.
Flap was retained and is recommending settlement for all parties.
This is a lawsuit that should go away with a bit of compensation for the patient.
The dentists should take some continuing education and consider the settlement a "life learning"
experience.
