Extraction of #30 with a 301 elevator and 23 Forcep

Dr. Tommy Murph unfortunately has to extract this lower right first molar since the patient does not wish to spend the money on a root canal and crown. It is a bit stubborn, but Tommy works his magic with the 301 elevator after the mesial root fractures with the delivery of the rest of the tooth with the 23 forcep.
