Yes, now the RIAA will have to get their subpoenaed identities the old fashioned way.
Won't these peeps ever learn that they missed the boat with Napster five years ago and you cannot put the toothpaste back into the tube!
They should move on and create different models to distribute music and most importantly develop their artists.
