The Daily Extraction: Upper Right Molar with Impacted Wisdom Tooth Adjacent

Tooth #2 removed with only the Crane Pick by Dr. Tommy Murph

Here we have an interesting case of an extraction of a decayed (carious) upper molar with an impacted wisdom tooth which is adjacent and is not being extracted. Here is the radiograph (x-ray):

The patient is young and the rationale is that tooth #1 (the wisdom tooth) will come down into place and replace the extracted molar. The tooth may or may not move but the patient has plenty of time for it to develop.

Enjoy your Daily Extraction.
