Unfortunately, I have seen this type of "bootleg" dentistry for years. Usually, this occurs in urban areas and among immigrant communities, where unscrupulous people take advantage.
I am surprised this news organization did not interview the Pennsylvania Dental Board as to why they allowed this situation to occur for over a year?
