Some people dread going to the dentist, but a new app is changing the way you make appointments, deal with paperwork and suffer from pain while waiting to see the doctor.
Dental Anywhere allows patients to keep their dental office in their pockets by providing a way to define dental issues they are experiencing and updating the dentist’s office in real time. It works with all BlackBerry, iPhone and Android devices, providing 24/7 emergency communication.
The app’s Pain Management Center displays graphics of the mouth. The graphics allow users to choose which tooth is bothering them, as well as rate the pain intensity. Based on each individual’s answers, the app responds with immediate care instructions.
Patients can also use the app for appointment requests and directions to the office. Between the app’s ability to diagnose and set up appointments, filling out paperwork with every trip to the dentist is a thing of the past.
