Eric Hogue comments upon the California Governator's State of the State address.
One question: Is Arnold willing to fight to reinstate the Gann limit which limited spending so well during the previous decade or two? Or will he play lip service like last year and run up more of a deficit?
It is his choice.
The people will support a limit on spending.
The Democrat controlled legislature will not!
