Ok, here is a paper that suggests or implies that Articaine/Septocaine and Prilocaine are involved in a greater frequency of parasthesias and that special informed consent might be appropriate.
The question is since this paper was published a few years ago have there been any other studies that have replicated the results. Or have contradicted these results?
What has been the manufacturer's and/or distributor's response to this paper?
