The Daily Extraction: September 13, 2011



Incision and Drainage and removed tooth #6 with a 702L bur and a 151 Forcep
This patient was quite swollen and had already been to the ER and was treated with IV Cleocin. Dr. Murph completes the surgical extraction by first placing slots in the mesial and distal.
