The Daily Extraction: Lower Right Premolar, Two Molars With Bone Graft


Dr. Tommy Murph extracts teeth #29, 30 and 31. Then, he places bone graft material

These are interesting extractions as Dr. Murph uses the Cryer elevator to remove remnants of a very carious mesial root of a very broken down lower right first molar. Here is the pre-op photo:


And, here is the radiograph (X-ray):


Note the exisiing root canal treatment on the lower right first molar #30 which makes the roots much more brittle and crumbly.
